How do we collect your data?

The collection of personal data is limited and objective. We only store the data that is essential to operate the integrations with platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads in addition to Google Sheets, guaranteeing the proper functioning of the data queries.

Data collected

  • Registration data: E-mail and IDs of the ad accounts you manage.
  • Temporary API tokens: Used to authorize data queries on connected platforms. These tokens are generated automatically by the platform’s API and stored temporarily to ensure that spreadsheets are updated regularly.
  • Scheduling settings: spreadsheet IDs and parameters for scheduled appointments, such as times and specific fields for updating.

Stract does not store ad content or additional data. Collection is limited to the data needed to perform and automate the extractions you set up.

Data processing

Data processing is based on your consent. In compliance with the General Data Protection Act (LGPD), Stract collects, processes and stores your data only with your express consent, which is obtained for each purpose described in this policy. By using our services and providing your data, you agree to the terms set out here.
