Google Services Are Not Compatible with Add-ons When Logged into Multiple Google Accounts
Since Stract is a Google Sheets add-on, it is affected by this issue. Google has committed to changing this rule.
The main problem for Stract is that the active email for the spreadsheet may not always be recognized; instead, the primary email in Google Chrome is used, which can create discrepancies between the data from your account and the user in the sidebar.

As a result, the user may be unable to access the Sidebar.

As alternatives in these cases, you can:

Sign out of all Google accounts except the one you use to access Stract. Or open an incognito window and log in only with the Google Account that you use to access Stract.
